It's retired and just arrived here in LA as a floating museum.
Randy Rosenberger
Just wondering, Tommy, is this an "active" ship, or retired, as this would be a real treat to visit, if one could so get on it without being arrested or shot. LOL I truly love historical monuments, especially the floating kind. I got to go aboard a World War !! submarine, and when seeing the intricacy of the vessel, but the very "tight" living quarters, I might get a little claustrophobic on that one. But, the newer ships are like cities, with all the amenities. Thanks for sharing these unique and beautiful images of AMERICANA with all of us. WE do need to remember who we are and where we came from, and especially where we are headed. I appreciate your artistic and history knowledge and your sharing with artists! Thanks my friend for your continued support and encouragement of all artists around the world. You are an inspiration to so many!
